How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?
1. If your product has quality problems within 30 days after receipt and use, you can contact us for a refund. We will refund you within 3 working days after confirming your request.
2. After we confirm the return, you do not need to bear the return shipping costs and related Handling fee. (The specific return address will be notified in the reply to your email)you have 15 days to return such item(s).
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right to claim the cost of any deterioration from you.
If any Product you order is damaged or faulty when delivered to you, the price of the Product shall be refunded to you in full, including the cost of delivery. If you believe a Product was delivered damaged or faulty, you must inform us using the returns process set out under the paragraph above.
Please retain your proof of purchase and the original packaging, as it is required for all returns and refunds.

Package the item(s) to be returned in the original L&L Skin packaging.
L&L Skin is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. We recommend that you retain your tracking information.
