We recommend using HONO daily for the best results.
1.After showering, gently dry your skin.
2.Apply a small amount of body lotion or essential oil to the desired area.
3.Remove the protective cap and press the power button for 2 seconds to turn on. Select your preferred mode.
4.Glide the massage head over the skin in circular or upward motions. Massage slowly until the product is fully absorbed.
5.After use, press and hold the button for 2 seconds to power off.

Why does one setting suddenly stop vibrating?
The first setting uses skin-sensing technology: it vibrates only when touching skin and stops automatically when contact is lost (e.g., if skincare product is absorbed). This is normal operation. If vibration fails entirely, restart the device or contactĀ service@llskinshop.com.
Is it normal if the vibration occasionally pauses during use of HONO?
Yes, this is normalĀ only in Massage Mode. This mode uses skin-contact sensing technology, so pauses occur if the device loses full contact with skin. Other modes (Activate, Lift, Firm) should operate continuously without interruption. If pauses occur in non-massage modes, please contactĀ service@llskinshop.com.
