General Shipping Information
We are proud to offer global shipping services and are constantly expanding to more destinations.
Order Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Sunday). During busy seasons or holidays, processing times may be longer.
Duties and Taxes: For international orders, duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
For most major markets, we assist with customs clearance and may prepay duties to provide a smoother delivery experience.
However, in certain countries or when shipped via commercial express carriers (DHL, FedEx, etc.), customers may be required to cooperate with customs clearance and pay duties directly to the carrier.
We recommend checking your local customs policy before placing an order.
How We Ship
We ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS and other reliable carriers. L&L SKIN will select the most appropriate carrier for safe and efficient delivery.

Canceled Orders
Please notify us before 7:00 PM (PST) on the same day of purchase to cancel your order by contacting service@llskinshop.com. Include your order number and contact information.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled or changed and must follow our return process.
Changing Your Shipping Address
If your shipping address is incorrect, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it before shipment.
Shipping Delays
Customs inspections, extreme weather, or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. If your package has not arrived 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact service@llskinshop.com.
