Canceled Orders
Kindly notify our customer service to cancel orders before 07:00 PM (PST) on the same day the order was placed by contacting service@llskinshop.com. Make sure to include the following information when requesting an order cancellation: Order number & Contact information. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or changed. In this case, you will need to follow our returns process.
Changing Your Shipping Address
If your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before your order ships, but changes can be made at short notice.
Shipping Delays
We always strive to ensure that your order is delivered as quickly as possible. However, some uncontrollable factors (such as customs inspections, extreme weather or other unexpected circumstances) may cause shipping delays. If your order has not been delivered more than 10 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at service@llskinshop.com. We will immediately verify the situation with the carrier and resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.

I ordered more than one item, will they all be delivered at the same time?
