The camera itself works really well use this effortlessly as when you open it it turns on. Battery life last extremely long and is super easy to charge as well. I love it cuz it's lightweight and elegant has a Halo light around the mirror that comes in handy. This is always on me in my bag would make a fantastic gift or for yourself amazing value for the money.

Admittedly, it took me a minute to figure out how to use this properly and I'm not quite sure that I've altogether gotten the hang of it but I do use it more often now so that's something. It's a really nice quality compact mirror that definitely delivers on the magnification. The LCD screen display on it is pretty cool though that's part of it that still mystifies me. When I use this, I find that I'm chronically under-sunscreened and, try as I might, I can't ever seem to get it all smoothed out evenly. At least this lets me be aware of it so I can improve! That's always helpful. Even if you are just looking for a very high quality compact for your handbag, I highly recommend this! A+++
