VERA combines EMS microcurrent with triple-spectrum LED light therapy, using gentle bio-electrical pulses to stimulate facial muscle movement while red, yellow, and blue light target different skin concerns.
Together, they help lift and define the jawline, improve the look of firmness and elasticity, brighten dull skin, and support a smoother, more refreshed complexion.
How to use
For best results, start with 2–3 sessions per week at Levels 1–3 during the first 2 weeks, then gradually increase to 3–5 sessions per week at Levels 4–6 from Week 3 to Week 8. After Week 9, use 2–3 times per week at Levels 5–9, or as needed, to help maintain firmness and contouring results.
1.Prep Your Skin: Remove makeup, glasses, hair accessories, and metal jewelry. Cleanse your face and keep hair away from both sides of your face.
2.Apply Conductive Gel: Apply a generous layer of water-based conductive gel or hydrating essence to both sides of the face and chin area. EMS requires moisture to conduct properly, so do not use on dry skin.
3.Wear & Adjust: Place the chin support at the center of your chin, pull the silicone straps upward, and adjust the Velcro for a secure fit. Make sure the metal electrodes sit closely against your cheeks.
4.Power On & Start: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the device. Short press to switch modes, and use “+” or “–” to adjust the intensity until you feel clear muscle movement without discomfort.
5.Finish Safely: After the 15-minute session, turn off the device before removing it from your face.
FAQ
How long until I see visible results?
While many users notice an immediate “lift” after one session due to muscle stimulation, long-term structural changes typically occur after 28 days of consistent use following a full skin-cell cycle. For the best V-line transformation, pair your routine with a healthy diet and adequate sleep.
Can I use it every day?
For the best balance of recovery and toning, we recommend 15 minutes per day, 3–5 times a week. Just like a gym workout, your facial muscles need rest to rebuild and stay firm.
Is the tingling sensation from the EMS normal?
Yes, a slight tingling or “muscle twitch” is a sign that the EMS is actively re-educating your facial muscles. Vera offers 9 intensity levels, so you can always start at Level 1 and adjust to your comfort zone.
Why is the device on, but I don’t feel any current on my face?
The most common reason is that the skin is too dry or not enough conductive gel has been applied. EMS current requires sufficient moisture to conduct properly. Please pause the device, apply more water-based gel or essence to the facial electrode area, put the device back on, and make sure the intensity has been increased from Level 0 using the “+” button.
Who should avoid using this device?
Vera is safe for most, but please consult a doctor if you have active implants like pacemakers, are pregnant, or have recently had facial fillers/Botox. Wait at least 2–4 weeks post-procedure.
Can I use Vera while wearing makeup?
No. For optimal results, always start with a clean canvas. Makeup, oils, and debris can create a barrier that interferes with EMS pulse conduction. We recommend a deep cleanse and drying your face before treatment to ensure the energy reaches the muscle layer effectively.
Can I wear it while sleeping or use it with a sheet mask?
No. The device automatically turns off after a 15-minute session. Wearing it while sleeping may put pressure on the face. We also do not recommend using it with thick sheet masks, as they may block direct contact between the electrodes and the skin. For best results, use it with a water-based conductive gel.
Can I use the LED therapy mode alone without massage?
No. VERA is designed with EMS deep facial contouring as the core function, while LED light therapy works as a supportive treatment. The two technologies work together to help deliver the best anti-aging results, so a standalone light therapy mode is not supported.
