For best results, start with 2–3 sessions per week at Levels 1–3 during the first 2 weeks, then gradually increase to 3–5 sessions per week at Levels 4–6 from Week 3 to Week 8. After Week 9, use 2–3 times per week at Levels 5–9, or as needed, to help maintain firmness and contouring results.
1.Prep Your Skin: Remove makeup, glasses, hair accessories, and metal jewelry. Cleanse your face and keep hair away from both sides of your face.
2.Apply Conductive Gel: Apply a generous layer of water-based conductive gel or hydrating essence to both sides of the face and chin area. EMS requires moisture to conduct properly, so do not use on dry skin.
3.Wear & Adjust: Place the chin support at the center of your chin, pull the silicone straps upward, and adjust the Velcro for a secure fit. Make sure the metal electrodes sit closely against your cheeks.
4.Power On & Start: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the device. Short press to switch modes, and use “+” or “–” to adjust the intensity until you feel clear muscle movement without discomfort.
5.Finish Safely: After the 15-minute session, turn off the device before removing it from your face.
