I found the MAMI hot and cold beauty device very easy to slip into my night time cleansing routine. I use it at night for 3 mins on the red/vibrate setting. This short programme is the only thing I've changed and I am seeing results after a few weeks of use. My husband has noticed the changes to my complexion too, saying that my skin has a natural glow.
I also noticed that my skin has become plumper and as I'm 68, am more than pleased with the short term results and look forward to seeing further improvement as time goes by.
One thing would like to raise is the lack of information and tutorials that are available for this device. Which meant it's not easy to work out if or how to use the 3 programmes. Hence why I use the 3rd programme only.
I'll still give the product 5 stars, as the high quality of the product ensures it fits into the hand, slides easily over contours of face and feels calming.
